  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops; sprinkle with sage. Cook 8 minutes or until no longer pink in the centre, turning after 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove pork chops from skillet; keep warm. Add litchis, sugar and cinnamon to skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over pork chops.
