Instructions
  1. 1. Drain 5 litchis from the tin and reserve half a cup of the syrup.
  2. 2. Place the litchis, reserved syrup, mint leaves, lime juice and ice into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Sweeten to taste with icing sugar.
  4. 4. Pour into chilled glasses.
