Cool and refreshing, this Iced Green Tea with Lychee is spiced with fresh ginger and mint. Turn into a cocktail by simply adding vodka or gin.

  1. Strain the can of litchi fruit, reserving the syrup. Freeze the litchi fruit on a baking tray.
  2. Steep green tea in hot water, about 4 minutes. Let cool completely.
  3. Add cooled green tea, litchi syrup and grated ginger to a pitcher. Stir. Add frozen lychee fruit, lime slices, mint leaves, raspberries and ice. Serve.
